I, or you, can cancel the order at any time without explaining the reason for the refusal (read the refund terms below)
If you don't want me to use your order as an example/post it on a social network, LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE!
I'm working without a deadline, but if you need a picture before a certain date, you can supply it to me. (if the deadline is less than one day, I can ask for an extra charge for urgency)
You can ask me about my work progress, but don't abuse it! You can ask about it twice a week, for example, but not every 2 days.
If the process takes more than 6 months, the customer can return the full amount of the order and receive a free sketch as a gift.
If you want we can talk in Discord but i will give my user only in DMs.
PAYMENT:
Payment is to be made either upfront or after the sketch.
Payment is to be made via PayPal or lava.top
YOU MUST TELL ME WHEN MONEY WILL BE SENT!!!!
The Client does not need to pay extra for any of the fees
I dont have my own PayPal so everything will go through my friend (refunds also)
REFUNDS:
If the customer cancels the order, they can receive a refund in that amount depending on the progress of the work
(100% if the work has not started.
50% if the order has a sketch.
15% if the order has a color without shadows.)
The customer does not receive any order files.
If I cancel the order, I will refund the full amount and the order files.
Refunds can be made at any time!
The refund may take some time due to the fact that I do not own Paypal.
